With over 30 years of experience in Design-Build, Insurance Restoration, and Large Loss Adjusting, Scott Perry brings a unique, high-level technical perspective to every project. Having held senior leadership roles within the disaster recovery industry, Scott specializes in navigating the complex intersection of property recovery and the insurance claims landscape as well as the coordination needed for complex design build projects.

Scott has managed large-scale residential and commercial restoration projects and complex building additions, kitchen bath design and remodeling with an unwavering focus on accountability and precise execution. His background as a Large Loss Adjuster allows for a streamlined, disciplined approach to every project—ensuring every it is handled with administrative clarity and professional rigor.

 IICRC Certified Specialist: Expert-level knowledge in Water Restoration (WTR), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT).

 Expert Claims Navigation: Deep insight into loss negotiation, carrier requirements, and complex policy language interpretation. As a former large loss commercial/residential and public adjuster for multiple states you can rest assured when navigating the claims process.

Precision Estimating: Full proficiency in Xactimate Level 3 and Symbility to provide transparent, accurate, and defensible project scopes.
